At the Youth of India Foundation, we are committed to ensuring transparency and integrity in all our operations, including donations and program enrolments. We value the trust and support of our donors, partners, and beneficiaries. To maintain clarity and trust, we have outlined our Refunds & Cancellation Policy as follows:
1. Donations:
• Donations Once Made Are Non-Refundable: Due to the nature of charitable donations, we do not provide refunds for any donations made to the Youth of India Foundation. Your generous contributions are immediately put to work to support our programs and initiatives aimed at making a positive impact on communities.
• Erroneous or Duplicate Transactions: If you believe you have made an error in your donation amount or submitted a duplicate donation, please contact us at info@youthofindiafoundation.org.in within 7 days of the transaction. We will review your request and process a refund IF deemed appropriate.
2. Event Registrations & Program Fees:
• Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your event registration, please notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to the event date. Membership fees and event cancellations are subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
• No Refunds for Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or program date will not be eligible for a refund. The event or registration fees can not be transferred to another individual or any future event.
• Event Cancellation by us: In the unlikely event that an event or training program is cancelled or rescheduled by the Youth of India Foundation, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future date, depending on the terms and conditions of the event.
3. Merchandise Purchases:
• Returns & Refunds: If you have purchased any merchandise from our online store, returns will only be accepted if the item is received in a damaged or defective condition. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item, along with supporting photos. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• No Refunds for Used or Altered Items: Merchandise that has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery is not eligible for returns or refunds.
4. Refund Process:
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method used during the transaction. Please note that it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your bank or credit card account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
