Governing Body

The Youth of India Foundation’s Governing Board provides strategic direction, overseeing operations and supporting the organization’s mission. Comprised of 3 to 7 experts in law, finance, social work, and more, it includes two permanent members and one international representative. Board members serve 18-month terms with staggered replacements. Key responsibilities include ensuring mission alignment, building stakeholder relationships, promoting diversity, and upholding ethical standards. The board meets four times a year, led by the Foundation’s CEO, and maintains transparency through structured agendas and documented minutes. Members offer strategic guidance but cannot alter the core structure, which is reserved for the Founder.
