About the Youth of India Foundation:
The Youth of India Foundation, born out of the innovative spirit of the Youth of Siliguri in 2015, has blossomed into a United Nations-recognized force for Youth Empowerment and Social Change. Our journey began with a simple “NO“, where every NO was transformed into a “New Opportunity” – a philosophy that continues to drive our mission.
We are committed to Engaging, Empowering, and Evolving the Youth of India towards a sustainable 2047 by enhancing employability. With a team of over 100,000 dedicated dreamers and do-ers, we drive changes in Renewable Energy through initiatives like the “Youth for Green Hydrogen” and “Solar Blazer” to build a low-carbon future. In Rural Livelihood, we empower local communities through projects like “UnPlastic India” and “Eco-friendly & Sustainable Merchandise,” amplifying rural voices and encouraging sustainable practices.
We also Mobilize Communities to inspire active citizenship with initiatives such as “The Pocket Money Campaign,” “Share One, Plant One,” and “Youth Ki Baat,” fostering collective action for a brighter future. With mobilization initiatives in Africa, Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Nepal, our impact borders over 78 countries. We work across India, collaborating with over 140 educational institutions. We prioritize serving Marginalized Communities, Skilling Young People, and providing Sustainable solutions for a De-Carbonized Future.
